The Bossington Estate is on the Middle Test, south of Houghton. The fishery comprises six beats on the River Test including the renowned Home Beat and other enhanced iconic beats, as well as a mile and a half of the Wallop Brook, the Park Stream and Horsebridge Lake. Corporate fishing, day tickets and tuition are available.
Established in 1995, Famous Fishing offers fly-fishing on a wide selection of fisheries on the Test and Itchen and their tributaries. They offer advice on the fisheries best suited to the fisherman’s experience and expectations. Famous Fishing can also offer guiding and tuition should this be required.

The Leckford Estate is on the Middle Test, north of Stockbridge, with Leckford village to the east and Longstock to the west. It has 16 fishing beats, which are open to fishermen from May to October. Day tickets are available.
Orvis offers chalkstream fly-fishing for trout at Kimbridge and Timsbury on the Test and Abbots Worthy on the Itchen. Guiding and tuition is available if required. The Orvis shop in Stockbridge stocks a comprehensive range of chalkstream fishing equipment.
The Timsbury Fishery is on the Middle Test, north of Romsey. It has four beats providing more than three miles of fishing. The Fishery is run as a Syndicate, but day tickets for non-members are sometimes available.

Avington Trout Fishery is in the Upper Itchen valley, near the village of Itchen Abbas. It has three lakes stocked with rainbow and brown trout. Fishing is also available on a carrier of the River Itchen. Day tickets are available.
The Broadlands Estate is on the Lower Test, just downstream of Romsey. It has three dedicated salmon fishing beats. Day tickets are sometimes available. Day tickets are also sometimes available for sea-trout fishing towards the end of the season.
