ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2023
NOTICE OF 2023 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of the Test and Itchen Association Limited will be held over the Zoom virtual meeting app at 11:00 a.m. on Friday 16 June 2023.
The agenda for the AGM is as follows:
1. To approve the minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on Friday 18 March 2022.
2. To elect Directors.
3. To receive and consider the Report of the Directors and the Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2022.
4. Chairman’s Statement to the AGM.
5. Executive Director’s Statement to the AGM.
6. Any other Business.
NB A member is entitled to appoint another person as their proxy to exercise all or any of their rights to attend, speak and vote at a meeting of the Association. Proxies may only validly be appointed by a notice in writing (email to the Executive Director).
The Minutes of the 2022 AGM and are being distributed with this Calling Notice. The Chairman’s Statement, together with the Report of the Directors and the Financial Statements for the year ending 31 December 2022, will be distributed by email two weeks in advance of the AGM. The Zoom invitation will also be emailed prior to the meeting.
