A keen fisherman since childhood, Andrew has run Leckford Estate, Waitrose farm since 2014 and is a member of the Waitrose Commercial Leadership Team. Leckford Estate is a diverse business, as well as mixed farming enterprises it has various leisure, retail, food processing and property businesses.

Andrew is also a Trustee of the John Lewis Foundation.
